Sewer line replacement will close Route 96B on Ithaca’s south hill - Route 96B (South Aurora Street) on Ithaca's South Hill will be closed this Tuesday and Wednesday for repair and replacement of a blocked sewer line pipe, according to Ithaca officials. TCAT says two bus routes will be detoured.
Detour: Buffalo Street closed for gas main work for several weeks - Buffalo Street is closed to through traffic on Ithaca's east hill for gas main work, and could be closed for several weeks. DDS is replacing NYSEG gas pipes under the street, and must connect the new main to lines running to each building.
