Mood of the Moment

If you recently felt a major shift in the ground on which you've been standing, you are not alone. We all have a nagging feeling that we may not be in Kansas anymore! On January 12, while we were still sighing over Pluto's courageous leap into Sagittarius, Uranus tumbled into Aquarius for a 7-year romp. Some say that these two powerful outer planets are now heralding the true dawn of the Aquarian Age.

In any case, Pluto has begun jostling awake our sense of adventure and Uranus, King of the Unpredictable, is in its own sign, perfectly stationed for tripping up our best-laid plans. Over the next several years we are likely to find ourselves in worlds (both personal and collective) which none of us could ever have imagined.

If this sounds a bit overwhelming, rest assured that practical cosmic support is being offered by Jupiter which entered Capricorn in January. Good old benevolent Jupiter couldn't be in a more constructive mood with his feet firmly planted in Capricorn. Most star-gazers are saying that we are in for an explosion of scientific discoveries and inventions that will knock our socks off!

Astrologically-speaking, the New Year won't arrive until the sun enters Aries on March 20th and the fragrance of spring is in the air... But Happy New Year to all of you who celebrated a new beginning back in the deepest, darkest days of winter. For that display of trust in the Light, you deserve it!
