We’re celebrating 14850 Magazine’s 25th anniversary and you’re invited!

14850 Magazine is celebrating 25 years of informing and entertaining Ithaca and Tompkins County, and we’d be honored if you join us! Attendance is free!

14850 Magazine AnniversaryWe’re teaming up with Luna Inspired Street Food in Collegetown to help them introduce their new fall menu to the community, we’ll have a Mayoral Proclamation, and we’re using the occasion to raise money for our friends at the Just Be Cause Center.

Luna will be setting out a wide variety of munchies to fit a wide variety of tastes and dietary needs. The bar at Loco Cantina will be open for drink purchases. And we’ll be raffling off donated prizes from some generous local businesses and organizations. (If your business or organization would like to donate a prize, please let us know!)

We have an amazing array of prizes lined up for Tuesday night’s 25th anniversary party, donated by some wonderful and generous local businesses. Please bring along some cash to buy raffle tickets!

The Just Be Cause Not-for-Profit Development Center, which opened in 2013, is a non-profit equivalent to a business incubator facility, offering affordable office and meeting space to area non-profit organizations. The west-end building, formerly the Ithaca Paint Company building, was renovated to offer five office spaces, as well as shared conference, meeting, and activity spaces, with modern rest rooms, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The building is dedicated to the late Judy Dietz, who died in 2012.
