10-year-old girl missing from Fulton with non-custodial father

New York State has issued a missing child alert for 10-year-old Namine E. Archer, saying she was last seen with her non-custodial father leaving her residence this morning.

Update: New York State Police canceled this alert at 1:21pm.

Namine is believed to have been taken by her father, 6’2″ Byron Archer, a white bald man with brown eyes weighing about 220 pounds. Archer is 29.

The white five-foot-tall girl has brown eyes and black hair, and weighs about 130 pounds.

They were last seen in a white 2010 Toyota Avalon, registration GTE 4252, and left her residence on Walahalla Road in Fulton at 7:45 this morning. Namine “is believed to be endangered.” They may be on their way to Norwich.

New York State Police in Princetown ask anyone who thinks they may have seen Namine or her father to call NYSP at 518-630-1700 or 911.
