Gordon Bonnet reading from latest novel at Buffalo Street Books

Local author Gordon Bonnet, who’s also a Trumansburg High School teacher, is reading from his latest book, Signal to Noise, this Saturday at Buffalo Street Books.

“Tyler Vaughan is a wildlife biologist who spends his days ear-tagging elk and monitoring bear populations in the Oregon Cascades,” according to Buffalo Street Books. “Until the day one of his remote cameras captures an image of a strange, thin, eyeless humanoid — right around the same time that children start disappearing from the nearby town of Crooked Creek.”

Biology teacher Gordon Bonnet, also a runner, scuba diver, and musician, leapt onto the “speculative fiction” scene two years ago with his debut novel, Kill Switch. His signing and reading is at Downtown Ithaca’s Buffalo Street Books, on the north side of the Dewitt Mall, at 4pm on Saturday, June 10th.
