Republican presidential primary candidate Donald J. Trump will be in Syracuse this weekend as part of a tour of New York State, in advance of next Tuesday’s primary election.
Trump is one of three remaining candidates for the Republican presidential nomination, along with Governor John Kasich of Ohio and Senator Ted Cruz, who will be in Buffalo today, and Rochester and Binghamton tomorrow.
Tickets are required, and available at donaldjtrump.com, for Trump’s rally at the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center at the OnCenter complex in downtown Syracuse. Doors open at 9am for an event that’s scheduled to begin at noon on Saturday, April 16.
Trump will also be in Suffolk County and Manhattan on Thursday evening, Plattsburgh and Hartford, Connecticut on Friday, and Watertown later on Saturday afternoon.
New York State is holding its presidential primary election for both Democratic and Republican party candidates on Tuesday, April 19.
