It’s not like the Finger Lakes is lacking in brunch possibilities, but add one more to your bucket list: the Finger Lakes Cider House is kicking off a new crepe brunch this Sunday!
What’s the Finger Lakes Cider House, you ask? It’s a venue that opened almost two years ago at Good Life Farm designed to showcase five local cider producers under one roof. Featured are beverages from the farm’s own Good Life Cider, as well as ciders from their collaborators Black Diamond Cider, Eve’s Cidery, Redbyrd Orchard Cider and South Hill Cider.
This Sunday from 11:30-4:30 will be the debut of their winter brunch, the Cider House Creperie, which they say “showcases the best of the season with savory and sweet crepes, lunch soups and salads and small bites to pair with your cider.”
The menu has “100% local, seasonal fillings,” with items like a blueberry and chevre crepe, a beet, carrot, and feta crepe, a beef, sweet potato, and pecorino crepe, apple pancakes, and more, and there will be cider mimosas, bottomless coffee, and “FLX farm food made with love.”
The Finger Lakes Cider House is at 4017 Hickok Road in Interlaken, just off Route 89. Check it out this Sunday and tell them you heard about them here!
